Let me start by saying that this clothing store has an amazing array of wonderful products. They have high-quality items from all kinds of different manufacturers that are absolutely gorgeous. That being said, what they don't seem to have is anything in the way of customer service. I began my journey with them a week before Thanksgiving, 2022. I just picked up my third finished item of clothing today, January 30th, 2023. I purchased this item of clothing in the middle of December, a few weeks before Christmas. At no time during the past few months have I been texted, called, emailed, or contacted in any way by any person in their store. Every time I returned to the store trying to find out if my pieces of clothing that I ordered were ready, I was either told that it wasn't ready and that I needed to come back or that it had been ready for quite some time but no one had bothered to contact me. The gentleman who gave me my shirt today informed me that he would let my salesperson know that I picked up my shirt, which, if he actually does, would be the most communication accomplished by this staff since I bought my 3 items beginning 2 1/2 months ago. If you are fortunate enough to find clothing at Stitched that fits and doesn't need a tailor for alterations, they have amazing clothing.
