Town Lift Ski and Snowboard Rentals — Local services in Park City

Warning: do not rent snowboard boots from this place.

I've been snowboarding for 22 years and never had a problem with snowboard boots or bindings until renting from here. First day the bindings dug into the lower inside of my calves to the point that I had to quit and take them back for fixing. Nobody was in the shop who snowboarded, so I suggested dropping them back, which worked. I also tried on some different boots while I was there, as my feet hurt all over, but particularly on inside of heel. The other kind of boots were worse.

After 3 more gradually more painful (to extremely painful) days, my feet had open blisters in the attached photo and were bloody.

Excellent service from start to finish for group of 4 over Christmas holiday. Friendly, helpful and fast. We have been renting skis for 30 years and this was by far the best service we have ever experienced. On the last day one of the group missed a day skiing and the staff pointed it out and made sure we got our money refunded for that day..that does not happen everywhere even if you ask ...wow ..blew us away. Renting skis is usually so painful is so many ways..boots, skis and service was all great. Plus the lift is right there and they will store ur skis overnight u just take or wear ur ski boots home. There u go..easy. Thank u Town...

Simply an outstanding rental experience. While the gear is solid and the prices good, the staff are what sets this place apart from the countless other rental experiences we’ve had. The staff are very knowledgable, but more importantly they take the time to answer as many questions as you have and do it in a way that makes you feel that there are no stupid questions. When they saw my son was having some trouble with his boots, they called him over and made sure everything was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about...
