Patagonia — Local services in Park City

Their clothing and gear is super nice, but it is expensive. That's not a bad thing, because I'm definitely willing to pay for quality. I would give them 4 or 5 Stars for their clothing, but the reason for this 2 star review is for the customer service we experienced. The customer service here was basically nonexistent. The employees were talking to each other and we asked them a question about backpacks. They gave us a short answer and acted like we were such a burden. As we further browsed the store, not once were we approached to see if we had any questions or needed any help. We felt very unappreciated. We visited other well known, high end brands along Main Street and they all treated us like family. Not Patagonia. This was our first time in a Patagonia store and we will not be coming back to...

We had an amazing experience at the store, everyone is so friendly and helpful that we were able to find some great deals on the retro jackets. We all came home happy! Special shoutout to Jack! Later that night I found I lost a bag that I bought from another store, when I called, Jack graciously offered to ship it back to me and provide his personal company email to make sure my shipping details wasn’t lost in the cracks. I was expecting some attitudes and pushbacks, after all, it’s not their products and my fault to left it at the store. It’s really generous and kind that Jack and his team offered to help immediately and went extra miles taking care of it in the most trouble-free way to me. Huge should out to Mason and Jack at the Patagonia Park City store. I've never really experienced customer service like this- they worked as a team to help me out. My daughters handle on her rolling duffel bag broke and I took the bag in for a replacement. The store didn't have any of the exact model in stock so rather than asking me to drive to Salt Lake, Mason brought it down for me (35 min. drive) to assist in the exchange. Who does that? They were so friendly and willing to help. This is why I'll keep shopping Patagonia. Five...
