Culinary Crafts Park City — Local services in Park City

This place has amazing potential, I think the staff was very friendly and I’m sure they’re working hard to make this something special.

The issue I have here is what is presented on the website as far as the furniture in the outside pods is not at all what you get when you arrive. The pod we were in had an outside bar table It had really thick legs that was hard to fit two chairs on each side. Our cutlery wasn’t all the same. (The glasses didn’t match and my silverware was different then the person next to me) The water was not filtered. (I can assure you there was not any “fusion” to the water we had)

The food that was served in itself didn’t taste bad at all, my issue here is that we paid $90 a person for a side salad, semi-quality steak with mostly onions in a grilled veggie situation with basic Mac & cheese, the desert was a Carmel pudding. (The description in the response of our food was never communicated to us, we were left guessing on every dish that was brought to our table.) If this was priced at $60 I wouldn’t even bat an eye because I understand that covers gratuity and the experience. I think the $90 price is way to high for the experience we received. What was showcased online doesn’t match what was received and that’s a bummer. (The whole aesthetic is different in person regardless of what size tent you get.) This dinner experience was one of the highlights of my trip to Utah! Coming from San Francisco, it's been a year since I've had a true dining 'experience', and it's one of the things I've missed most during the pandemic. Culinary Crafts did such a great job with the food and customer service that it was possible to forget the virus for a couple hours and just enjoy the experience.

Initially walking around Park City, it was a shock to see people eating indoors, as I still don't feel comfortable doing so (and it's still barely allowed in SF), but it was clear the team took every precaution to ensure the safety of their guests. Seeing the care they put into social distancing and sanitation made it easier for me to really relax and enjoy.

WE WERE BLOWN AWAY. Seriously, Culinary Crafts exceeded every expectation we had. From start to finish, their team was professional, warm, detail-oriented, and absolutely masterful at what they do. Normally, people don’t remember the food at weddings but everyone is still talking about ours. Every single dish was perfection. The flavors, the presentation, the service it was all next level.

We are so incredibly thankful we chose them. They made us feel taken care of, celebrated, and special. Thank you SO much for EVERYTHING. You made our day even more magical, and we’ll never forget it.
