QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Parker

I haven't been to this restaurant in over a year. Went back tonight and remembered why I stopped going to Qdoba all together.

Waited in line for 20 min with 2 people in front of me. Ordered a bowl and burrito. They could only give a small portion of brown rice to me due to their inability to make more??? The first employee added the meat and queso then let the food for the next employee for 8 min. The next employee was busy in the back sour cream. He finished making the order then informed me they didn't have bags for to go orders. As they keep placing food from online orders in bags for the online customers to carry out.

The restaurant was dirty like it was the last time I went to it. The staff making all the online orders seemed to have no shortage of ingredients or people to make door while walk in customers had to fend for themselves. At the end of all this they asked for a tip when I was paying for the food. I asked for a bag again and was told sorry they didn't have extra bags for to go orders.

It took me 3 minutes to drive home to discover the food was already cold. The shredded cheese didn't even melt probably from the food sitting on the counter but what do I know. This restaurant is the single reason why I stopped going to Qdoba. I appreciate being reminded why I never stop at any of your restaurants. The cold food, long wait times and just disgusting state of the floors and food prep areas are to mush to handle. Then you ask for a tip lol 😂. Never again avoid this location at all cost.

There is a chipotle just north on main Street. Go there. We threw the food in the trash after a couple bites. Shame on me I should have just walked out and went anywhere else. That's what I get for not making...

Update: If you are able to go into this store to get your food this is a great Qdoba location to visit. Staff is friendly, food is good and the line moves quickly.

However, if you try to place a delivery order from this location through the Qdoba app, you'll likely have your order cancelled, and the communication from the store is less than stellar. I have placed three different orders over the last few months, all at different times of the day, on different days, and for different food, but each time the order gets cancelled after the store accepts it, for various reasons that don't add up. If this store doesn't want to take delivery orders then just update the app options for the store. If the delivery service you work with at this location is difficult, then it's time to switch because they're costing you money.

Really like the remodeled store, much more open and modern! Good food, good service, line moves pretty quickly the last couple times I've stopped by. Would recommend! More affordable for what you get here too compared to...

The quality of food is not atall in a standard way as compared to other stores nearby. Went for the first time and ordered kids meal so 1st my the taco should contain lots of cheese instead it seems like my kid were eating only bread as cheese was not at all present ina proper quantity. 2nd lay before handing over the food bag to customer the staff member at kiosk should check twice that weather all the food items they are delivereing to customers or no and as they haven’t checked and we have to come back again for grabbing the milk of our kids meal. Also he was unaware that the price of queso is exactly same as guac.Alsovthe quantity of chips should be 2 scoop instead we were given just 1 which is again cheating to the customer. And the worst part above everything was all of this happened by the store manager itself so I don’t understand whether he was not trained properly or he was willingly cheating us. Too...
