I had originally gone into another location and they were super busy. They suggested I go over to this store since it is new and wasn't currently as busy. I am sooo glad they suggested it because I had the best experience I have had in years at a vision center. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Brooke came over and was assisting me and we discussed what I was looking for and she offered her opinion on the few selections I had picked out on my own. We were discussing how I tend to pick out the same style each time. The last two pairs I had were pretty much the same frames just in different colors. I once again picked out a similar frame, but when John came over to help Brooke with getting my order entered we were still discussing the frame. He asked if I would mind him picking out some frames to try. John explained that since I was getting progressive lenses that I would benefit from a frame that had a bigger lens surface. He brought over a few and a couple I had already tried, so they were a no go. I had said I generally go for a metal frame and a light color, he asked if I would be willing to try just a couple of the plastic frames. In the meantime, Brooke got the Ipad and used the system they have that suggests what frames they have in the store that would suit your face by taking several series of pictures. Incredibly, John had initially picked out some of the same frames and then he had just come back with one of the plastic ones that it suggested in two different colors. Although it was different than one that I would have ever picked, it definitely worked and was the one I ended up purchasing. Since they are bolder than any of my previous glasses, I also opted to purchase the original pair that Brooke helped me choose as well. During the time that John was helping Brooke and myself out, he was also assisting other associates and customers and he took it all in stride. He went above and beyond spending the time listening to what I was saying, then picking out some choices that were definitely out of the box for me, and ultimately helping me decide on what I feel I'm going to be totally happy with! I also had the opportunity to meet the Manager, Latanya, who was super nice and I wished her luck on this store doing well. I have no doubt it will with the level of great service I received and witnessed others getting the same type of service. I totally dread shopping for eyeglasses and you all made it a great experience instead of a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location will never see me again. I was denied a trial even though they had my prescription at the store. The reason being that Iāve used the brand before, however I was switching from monthly contacts to daily contacts. I have been in the eye care club for going on 6 years now and apparently they are only offering trial pairs to new customers. Which doesnāt make sense, however they did not properly communicate that. I left and called corporate because I should not have to purchase a new BOX of contacts before being able to make sure they are okay for my eyes. Upon departure they decided to give me a 50% discount of my contacts which still doesnāt resolve my issue. Complete unacceptable and I will not be renewing my eye care club subscription because of this such issue. I do recommend driving past them and going to the Duluth location. They are very accommodating and understanding of my situation! Shout out to them! Peachtree corners location will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I originally ordered my contacts, the technician asked me to choose between biweekly and monthly lenses. I confirmed that I wanted a 6-month supply, and based on that, I paid extra beyond my insurance coverage for the biweekly and the order was placed. However, when I went to pick up the lenses, I was surprised to learn that the biweekly option only covered a 3-month supply.
I asked to switch to monthly lenses which is cheaper than the biweekly instead, but was told that a refund through my insurance would not be possible.
Rather than working toward a proper solution, I was advised that the Acuvue Oasis lensesādesigned for biweekly useācould simply be worn as monthly lenses. This advice is both medically irresponsible and dangerous. I am now on week three of wearing these lenses, and they are no longer clear and have become extremely dry. Eye infections are a serious risk, and this situation is...
