Hansel and Gretel Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I really wanted to like the pastries but they were horrible, tiktok really hyped the pastries and they weren't anything like or close to the others. So I'm going to start with the lemon because I thought it would be a custard filling with a hard shell, it was soft and had a gelatin texture, but it did taste like a lemon, the Georgia peach didn't not taste like a peach or even close to it had a vanilla custard but kind of like gummy feel and taste, we had 2 types of Berries the heart shaped pink one had a raspberry custard the outside was like a gummy texture, the blueberry one tasted like a blueberry yogurt with a berry filling not to bad, we had 2 teddy berries the 1st one was a chocolate mousse, the second one had a dark chocolate hard shell with a custard gummy filling- kind of like a hint of coconut. We also had a velvet cheesecake and oreo cheesecake which both were very delicious. The sweet green apple was horrible feeling didn't taste like an applepie and no crunch and the shell was soft like gummy. We had 2 more pastries and they didn't meet the standards at all. Our total was $119 with a 5.00 tip. The person behind the counter didn't greet us when we walked in or really acted like she cared, however when her coworker came in she was all smiles amd her coworker did greet and acknowledge us. We drove an 1hr and 30min away, and it was pure disgusting. I have had pastries like these before and they were way way better...

GREAT PLACE! I went in Saturday late afternoon around 5pm for some desserts. I was surprised seeing that there was just one employee, and let me tell you guys she really deserves a raise or something because even though she was working alone, she did absolutely great! It got a bit busy when I came and she looked busy but she greeted everyone upon entering, offered help if needed, she had some orders and customers in line and yet she managed to do all that in less than 15 mins, I am not even exaggerating, there was even a couple asking her things and she happily helped them out. It took me out of surprise that she can even speak in Spanish, like whattt, she helped out some customers in Spanish as well. I ended up taking a bunch of pastries and desserts which were great! I would definitely recommend this place, everyone left happy and satisfied that day! The boss was lucky...

As my husband would say, the only thing Norcross is missing is a late night dessert spot. He’s not saying that no more as Hansel & Gretel is here and here to stay open late! They have a little bit of everything for all the taste buds. We had to limit ourselves to 4 items total because it’s easy to just place one of each on your tray.

We went on a Friday night and all of the pastries were still fresh throughout the weekend. They still had a-lot of pastries out to choose from though we went there in the evening compared to in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The space was clean and there was a good amount of people there.
