Claire's — Local services in Pearland

Decided to bring my girls to the store of their choice (Claire's) in Pearland Town Center...what a mistake!!! The manager Rachel, decides to come from back never did speak, but keeps a watchful eye on us. She is focusing so much on us that she can't even concentrate on her other customers. Not professional at all, and is not familiar with store products and prices. She made quite a few sarcastic comments that were insulting to me and my girls. I take pride in presenting myself as a respectable human being, and I teach my girls the same. True, it's not a perfect world however, I expect to be treated with the same respect I give out. I would not risk my freedom and/or our integrity over some "pink and purple charms." I've worked in retail before, and I'm sure most companies today still teach their associates how to be discreet about loss prevention while assisting the customer with needs. This is the 3rd occasion I've arrived at this store at 10:30 and it was locked. Opening hours are 10 am. The young lady at the counter saw the other customers and I standing outside and never acknowledged us even after one of them knocked on the window to get her to open the door.
