Let me tell y'all why stores are losing their brick and mortars. I go here for a dress I'm interested in online and this store has one in stock. I go to try the dress on and clearly it's been worn and returned, there are snags in the fabric front and back and a string hanging out where the zipper is. After trying the dress on I ask the price and point out the snags. One of the employees says: "if there are snags in the fabric it's because it was next to something with sequins". Complete and total bull. But if that is truly and honestly the case, mark it down because it's not SUPPOSED to have snags... The other employee offered 10% off. Said if there is no damage to the dress they can't mark it down. And it was non returnable, BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN RETURNED ONCE ALREADY. When you order online and receive something with an issue, if it's in stock, the replacement will get to you before you can ship the other one back. First time trying to shop with this company. I took my money and went to Amazon, will receive a dress in two days and IF there is an issue, I know it won't be a problem to...

I would like to say I aspire to be as patient, clear and understanding as Ms. Ashley. I came into Windsor 2 days in a row (Tuesday 4/30 and Wednesday 5/1) shopping for my daughter’s prom dresses and the way that she was so patient and supportive with everyone including myself was top tier. Now there was two other customers on both days that tried to give them a hard time. One tried make an accusation regarding the customer service to another young lady working there and that young lady just stood there even though I watched Ms. Ashley answered all her questions and assist her. I felt bad that i didn’t step up and say anything. The other tried asking for outrageous discounts that I even knew was not right but ms. Ashley just patiently and calmly explained why they could not honor that much of a discount but still offered many solutions again as the other young lady just stood there but of course some people just have to give others a hard time I guess.
