MakPro Repairs (inside sedano's supermarket) — Local services in Pembroke Pines

I just want to start off by saying I don’t have any negativity towards these people because they’ve serviced other devices of mine, but recently I’m not sure what’s going on with their service and I say that because I recently asked them to do a computer job for me and they assumed they could do the labor without actually knowing anything about the laptop and it resulted in a waste of their time and my ENTIRE weekend. I let the owner know I had to take Ubers from very far away after my 3rd time taking a Uber back and forth over THE SAME SITUATION his response was.. “personally i don’t care.” Which I found strange because if I’m a loyal customer that should matter to you.. I also asked them to transfer over Info from one phone to another and somehow the phone that has all the information can’t download any apps so they insisted on doing it through iCloud which somehow has now almost taken a WEEK when at first I literally saw the phone and it said 2 hours. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE AND ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY. KEEP IN MIND THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NOT EVEN RECENT OR ANYTHING COMPLEX besides fixing a phone screen.. which even that they somehow CANT seem to do properly. they’ve kidnapped my cellphone for 5 days now!!! This store is NOT serious or responsible, I gave them my Samsung cell phone to replace the screen that was broken, they replaced it with a new screen that was supposed to be original and I paid $200, they definitely scammed me, because 3 months had not passed and in the screen appears a green line in the center, when I made the claim they told me it was an impact, and I had not hit my cell phone, even the green line appeared at the time that I was viewing a message at my work, the only solution that the owner offered was that I had to pay for a new screen, then 15 days later a purple line appears on the left side of the screen, I made a claim again and the only thing the owner told me was that I had to pay again for a new screen, and I had paid $200 for a screen that was supposed to be original, this is definitely not a store that I recommend at all, they offer original products and place products that are garbage and of very poor quality, be very careful with This store is not...

Cracked my screen at 10am, called to have it fixed at 1:30, arrived at 2:30pm and was done by 3:00pm. Prices are honest and upfront and I'm incredibly content with my entire experience.
