Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Peoria

Am NOT impressed. Dairy queen isn't a top quality place, but I will never return to this location. I don't expect gourmet quality food but some standards need to be put in place.

1.) Not a single worker was wearing gloves 2.) Not a single worker was wearing masks, even though it is mandated by the state.

Health risks alone, let's talk quality.Got 2 blizzards and a shake and it was almost $15 FOR: 1.) An entirely melted Heath blizzard. By the time I got to the stop sign not even 50 ft from the store, the top of the blizzard was completely melted. It got ALL over my vehicle as I drove home (6 minute drive). 2.) I got 1 napkin for 3 drinks. 3.) One of the blizzards fell out of the cup holder all over my seat as I drove. Not impressed. 4.)Got the new tiramisu cake shake. The outside of the cup was disgusting and covered in melted ice cream. And I was only given 1 napkin so I had to carry it in like that and...

Went to this particular Queen, and ordered a #1 combo and a chicken strip basket. $23. And some change. They pulled us up im thinking great ill wait its going to be hot and fresh, nope. Cold fries cold burger. No problem thats fine just pull back around in drive thru and get your refund. Nopd. Only got back 6.98 cents from 23 dollars. Why becausethe general manager and her trainees i guess. Thought. They thought i only wanted a refund for them cold fries. Nope. So I had to take my disabled behind in the store to get the rest of my money back. O was calm at first until they accused me of lying about keeping the cold sandwich.after we argued about my money the manager said and I quote "you used the drive sthr in this day in age it doesn't cost a thing to have great customer service. Don't listen when you order. Asked for my order to be placed in a bag because I was alone and have a dog car seat in my passenger seat. I asked for lids on everything but the Peanut Buster Parfait. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. When the girl came out she had everything in a tray and no lids on anything. I was so mad I told her I didn't want any of it and want my money back. On another visit I asked for a large cherry sundae and they handed me a dish of ice cream with maraschino cherries. I laughed and said no a large cherry sundae with the cherry syrup with cherries, he looked at me like he did not have a clue of what I was talking about, I said don't you have the cherry syrup topping and he said no.
