Christmas getting stocked . Halloween goods almost sold out . Nice to see shelves stocked !! Pictures, pillows, bath items , food etc.. not a large selection of vinegars though lots of cooking oils. Seemed to have fewer selection of Torani syrups. In the past they would have great sales on their gift boxes of syrups, spices and also their small sample size foods , closer to Christmas, hopefully will see that again ! Discount coupons apply to full price but not food items . Occasionally there will be sale on the food items . Sign up for email notifications on their sales . Off everything, even sale items. Lots of goods, shelves are full! Valentine's deco on sale, Mardi gras and Easter good are out. I placed an online order for two different sets of small entertaining dishes. I decided to go in the store to pick up my order vs curb side pickup because I was looking for a specific brand of hand soap that didn't appear on the website. Once I picked up my order and walked to my car, I realized only half my order was fulfilled. I should have checked the contents of the pickup order bag before leaving the store. I went back inside and told the cashier only half my order was fulfilled; she said I should have received a text informing me that one of my selections was no longer in inventory. I was disappointed because I had driven 25 miles to this store. Lesson learned. Other than that experience, I have been pleased with the products and prices offered at Cost Plus World Market and will continue to shop here, however I probably won't order online for curbside or in store pickup. Their customer service here is often less than desired. You rarely see anyone on the sales floor. At the registers, no matter how slow a customer is they will make you wait and wait. My wife was in line once when a woman was trying to find a coupon in her email and we were standing in the line for almost 10 minutes. Another register opened but instead of taking next in line in our line which was us they took the back of the line of our line. When I asked if we could check out while she looked for her coupon the lady was super rude to us and said no I will not and gave me a dirty look.
