Walked in, was amazed by the pcs on display. Even if it is a soft opening, I can tell this place is going to be great. I called ahead and they set aside a pre owned pc for me, went in, and went out with that pc within 20 minutes. They showed me how to configure the pcs and the apps that came with it. They offer free cleaning and troubleshooting of the pc whenever you need it. You can also donate old pcs to this place. Amazing staff, amazing service, sleek store, amazing pcs. You guys saved me from myself. I had a 5070ti card that was acting up. I wanted to return it but the clock had run out on the return policy. Angry, I was just going to buy a new card to fix the problem. John convinced me to just drop it off and let them look at the PC before I replaced an expensive GPU. I’m glad he intervened. All it turned out to be was a bad GPU power cord. It ended up costing me just $111.00 bucks for the cord and diagnostic fee. A far cry from the price of a new GPU, which by the way would not have fixed the problem. I will not be building anymore computers myself. I will get my next one...

I liked that bios and controller drivers were updated. I went into the store and they custom loaded my Nvidia and Razer software including other software I requested. making the systems as much plug and play as possible. Just the final driver for the video card ( I bought the machine with out a video card). Off and running. No windows update ect. To wait for. I built my last machines and figured, what the heck, I'll spoil myself a little. Clean build. Worth the money. They offer nice stuff. I dont know who makes their PSU, but it seems to be...
