It was the most horrible shopping experience at Nordstrom Rack - Arrowhead! I usually shop at Nordstrom Rack stores at east valley. It was my first time to visit this store on 07/22/2017, and it would be my last time absolutely.
I wanted to purchase a pair of black suede booties at Nordstrom Rack - Arrowhead, AZ on 07/22/2017. However, when I checked out, I was told that the red tag price $19.48 on one bootie was wrong, the correct price should be $149.97 on the other bootie. They refused to sell them at the lower price, though they admitted that the price was wrong, which is their fault. In the entire conversation, they did not apologize at all, just said "OK, OK, OK". For me, that was NOT OK!!
It is your responsibility to make sure all pricing is correct and accurate before the store is open. My job as a customer is to shop and pick the items that I like, not to find out the errors that you've made. When it turned out an error, why should I be punished to pay 8 times more for your fault?
Then I contacted facebook customer service for the first time on 07/23/2017. I did receive the call back from the manager at that store on the afternoon of 07/25/2017. The manager said that she knew what booties that I was talking about, she would like to sell me at the lower price if she could find them, and promised that she would give me call back regarding this matter. Unfortunately, I missed that call after 10-15 minutes, the manager did not leave me any message or has not tried to call me back as of today.
DON'T promise the customers for something that you could never fulfill. Nobody wanted to be cheated...
Read moreNot sure of the gentleman’s name that was working at the Order Pick-up register on 7/20 at 2:01pm, but his customer service skills are horrendous! He definitely needs a training on how to speak with customers and proper tones to use.
The return email tells you that you can go to any register or the order pick up area to make my return (see picture). I was already standing in the check out area and slid over to his area once I came to the front of the line and kept trying to tell me that he couldn’t help me with the return, but he could do the order pick up, but I would have to get in line for the return. I kept saying that I just came from that line (I’m sure all of this can be seen on the camera). So, I get back in the check out line, and then I noticed that he helped the lady was I front of me with a return of the shirt and she was originally BEHIND me in line initially. 🤦🏼♀️ It becomes my turn, and I asked him I thought you couldn’t help me with a return. He kept saying rude comments about “you most not have understood what I said” and then I asked to speak with the manager while there and with a rude tone he replied “you want to talk with my manager” and sighed. Informed the manager of what happened and hopefully it does get addressed because there’s numerous reviews about terrible customer service. It shouldn’t be so hard to be kind...
Read moreWe were in tonight and saw the display of Calvin Klein dress shirts on the $20 and under. We picked a couple of great shirts. When we checked out they rang up at $32. We mentioned the display that we picked them up from. The cashier was so sweet and said "let me see what I can do." She explained what happened to the manager. The manager said "well how do we know they didn't just move them to that display?" How insulting! I told them there's a whole display specifically on on the $20 & under. The manager said that Chris from men's wear must have been moving them from that display to another. I told her that on the contrary he had been folding them up and placing them there. She just kept explaining that that was no fault of hers and that we should have paid closer attention to the price tag.
We totally would have been fine had the manager would have just sincerely apologized and thoughtfully explained that she wasn't able to honor the price- but sincere and thoughtful...
