I give it 0 stars but it won't let me. Worst place ever. My son who has never worn boots before cut grass to earn money to buy a pair of boots. He came to the shop picked out a pair of boots and purchased them. No one came to help him as the employees were dealing with a woman who's purse she bought from boot barn had fallen apart. He brought the boots home and started to wear them. Well never wore boots before one was loose and one was not. I told him maybe the other boot needs broken in keep wearing them. Well he bought them on april 24th well today may 4 I call because the boots are not right and the manager said bring them in but basically if they are not brand new we can't exchange them. Well no they are not brand new he has been trying to wear them for 9 days. We bring them in and she said nope can't help you. So now my son has boots he can't wear and out 120.00 bucks. Sad really. I mean an exchange was all we wanted someone to help him get the...

Men's clothing selection seemed to be...

My wallet wishes they had a Black Friday sale on their boots, but I can't fault a company for understanding...
