OfficeMax — Local services in Perrysburg

The gentleman working the print counter was very less than helpful. My online order was shoved to the bottom rack of a shelf off to the side. Not a light box but all he could do was point to it. I thanked him for the help regardless and he obliged with "you're welcome". No help, but it seems to be the normal service anywhere these days. I'll just pick a new spot next time till I find someone friendly again. They've got to be out there somewhere.

Went to have printing done. Poor customer service. In the printing department. Was told I would have to wait 24 hours to have the job done. Asked if there was another Office Max/ Depot in the toledo area and he told me he didn’t know. There are two, Monroe street and Alexis Rd. Employee told me that he was busy because the closed the Spring Meadows Office Max. Yet had no additional help. Poor management. I was prepared to purchase a $300+ printer and some office supplies. After my experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Don’t shop Office Max/Depot ...

Talal is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit the Perrysburg OfficeMax / Office Depot, he goes above and beyond to help — not just me, but every customer.
