Dollar Tree — Local services in Perrysburg

This dollar store always seems to have the items I go in there looking for and sometimes even throws a curve ball and has items I didn't even plan on buying. My mother in law likes those solar powered things that are like a little snow globe but has a bird on a swing or other things like that when they are in the sun. Dollar Tree seems to have these things for EVERY occasion so when I go in there, I pick one up for her and hope that she doesn't have it yet haha. The store is always clean and the people working seem to usually be friendly as well. The best part is that everything is only a dollar... so it's a real...

Terrible customer service. I called because we live quite a ways from this store but I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for in my area. When they finally did pick up the phone, she was rude. I ignored being snapped and asked about wrapping paper to which I was told she didn't know if they had any in stock and she was too busy to check. That I would just have to drive an hour and come check before hanging up on me. If it's so busy you have to be rude to customers and you can't check to see if you carry something, you should rethink running a store. Or maybe they can hire people that care...

Normally I don't have a problem but today was an exception. I don't normally complain but I work in retail and if my team acted like the employees that I came across today at this store I wouldn't be happy. 3 employees complaining about things in the aisle while one cashier was backed up at the front. Carts of stock blocking the aisles. I felt uncomfortable shopping around them. Then one of the ladies that was complaining in the aisle was checking us out and she answered call on her phone while she should have been attentive to the customer. Overall horrible customer...
