ADDING TO MY ORIGINAL : Adding to my previous review, because Chick-fil-A has now done something else that completely floors me. This was my second trip through the drive-thru since the addition of a second lane, and what a chaotic mess it has become. Cars, employees, customers, and even kids are weaving between vehicles, all seemingly to give the illusion that things are moving faster.
My first question is: Is this actually increasing throughput? Your kitchen can only handle so many orders at once. If you haven’t increased staff or kitchen capacity, then you're not truly serving more customers; just processing orders in a more chaotic way.
More importantly, is the added risk to your employees and customers worth it? How long before someone isn’t paying attention and gets bumped by a car? Employees are trying to juggle order-taking while dodging moving vehicles. Customers have to navigate through a maze of cars just to walk from the parking lot to the store. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets injured in this "efficient" new setup.
If that happens, I’m sure the lawyers will have a field day with how easily avoidable it all was.
So much for being a Christian-based company that cares about its people. From the looks of this setup, throughput and profit seem to come first.

I know this is late to post when I got catering done, but I wanted to still share over the top service and quality of their business. I have ordered 2 servings of 75 chicken tenders for a baby shower I was throwing on March 23rd. I had a family member pick up the order and I noticed it took awhile over the time frame that I wanted the order done. I was worried my guests would get hungry because the party has already started.
The employees got the order done and my family member arrived 20 minutes after the party started with the food, but I also got half my money back due to the inconvenience. I was so amazed and almost in tears ( happy tears) . The food was wonderful and it was all gone by the end of the party .

Read moreEvery time I stop by the Perrysburg Chick-fil-A, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and top-tier service. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. Whether I’m dining in, going through the drive-thru, or picking up a mobile order, the experience is always smooth and pleasant.
The food is consistently fresh and delicious. My go-to is the Grilled Club Sandwich with a side of waffle fries and a lemonade and they always get it right. The kitchen is fast, but they don’t sacrifice quality. I also really appreciate how clean and well-kept the dining area is, which makes eating inside a nice option when I have time.
Special shoutout to the team during busy lunch and dinner rushes—they keep things moving without making you feel rushed. You can tell this location is well-managed and that the team cares about customer satisfaction.
