I recently moved into my new apartment building, and it has been an outstanding experience.

The front desk staff deserves special recognition for making this place feel truly luxurious. They are incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming, always greeting residents with warmth. Their professional attire and demeanor add a level of sophistication, making it feel like you’re walking into a high-end hotel every day. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Mark at the front desk. He is exceptional — always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. He truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, always remembering names and details, which adds a personal and heartfelt touch to the experience of living here. Also special shoutout to Byrum and Gil. Byrum is very courteous and goes above and beyond to help us.

Additionally, management is terrific. In fact, Ashmanie went out of her way during my move-in to ensure it was running smoothly. Angelo and Marquetta are also very attentive and extremely helpful.

The building is also very well-maintained, and a lot of credit goes to the cleaning staff, who work tirelessly to keep the common areas pristine. They are always polite and do their work with a smile, which is a lovely touch.

I recently relocated out of state and am so grateful to have found this building! I wasn’t able to tour before moving in, but Tereza was extremely attentive and helpful in answering every question I had and turning around my application incredibly quickly. Marquita and Angelo were also so helpful throughout the week answering questions as I got setup. The concierge staff is by far the best of any building I have lived at - my move-in day Tanisha helped me locate and load all my (huge) boxes that had arrived before I did. Throughout my move-in week, Mark helped me on multiple occasions locate my packages and carry them to my unit, and handled the logistics of several furniture deliveries - a process that I’m accustomed to being nightmarish but was made so seamless here. For the very minor questions I had, the maintenance staff has been not only responsive but proactive in addressing anything they think could be a future issue. I've been living here for a little while now, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice! The apartment building is fantastic— modern, and with great amenities that really elevate the living experience. The staff here is the standout, though. Ashmanie and Michael are incredible. The views are absolutely gorgeous— the city skyline is a beautiful sight to wake up to. The fitness center and especially the sauna is a great touch, especially for those relaxing days! The pool is perfect for lounging or a quick dip during the day. It’s never too crowded, and the ambiance is always just right. Plus, the residents here are all so friendly and respectful, creating a really welcoming community vibe.
