THE STAFF! The staff is what my partner, pup, and I will miss the most after living here for two years. When we first moved in, the concierges in the lobby were… lacking, to put it lightly. They were inconsistent (it was never the same person) and unenthusiastic. One night, my partner came in late and found one of them sleeping on the couch in front of their desk.
All of that changed the moment Andy and Isaac came on board. Suddenly, we were greeted by name with smiles and positivity. Andy and Isaac take pride in their work and bring professionalism, kindness, and charisma to every interaction. They made an effort to get to know our family and created a sense of home that went far beyond the building. Their positive energy is infectious - when they show up as their best selves, it inspires you to do the same. Our friendships with Andy and Isaac are among the greatest gifts we’ll take from our time in Philly. *It’s worth noting that Karim and William joined as we were moving out, and while we didn’t have as much time with them, it’s abundantly clear they share the same warmth, professionalism, and dedication as Andy and Isaac.
From there, comes Mariana, Lilly, Lourdes, Sergio, and RJ. This group of people is typically behind-the-scenes, but I HIGHLY recommend going out of your way to get to know them. They’re dedicated to their work, reliable, and unfailingly kind. Their attention to detail and quiet excellence make a huge difference in the day-to-day experience of living here, and they deserve every bit of recognition.
We left 2116 with full hearts and deep gratitude for these people who made our time here so special. Thank you for caring for us with such consistent attention and heart. We’ll miss you more...
Read moreWould like to preface this 2 star review with: so grateful to the outstanding, friendly, and efficient maintenance and cleaning staff who work so hard day in and day out. Shout out to Andy and Isaac at the front desk who never fails to brighten up our day - true gems! These 2 stars are solely for the staff (with the exception of the Management).
The Management is a completely different story and there has been a noticeable (negative) shift under this new inflexible and at times, condescending Management team. The building uses Fetch as a delivery service and turns away deliveries to the building itself (extremely short notice was given and many packages that were en route had to be turned back). Unfortunately, several of my Fetch deliveries have been stolen outside of their facility. And from the more recent reviews, it seems like this is a common concern amongst many in the building. Management informed me that there were designated secure drop off boxes with unique access codes for the couriers. After my most recent package was stolen September 2025, I reached out to both Fetch and Management and after multiple emails, turns out THERE IS NO SECURE DROP OFF BOX FOR OUR FACILITY. Sadly, I learned about this from the Fetch supervisor, so the lack of transparency and truth from my own building Management has been extremely frustrating, and frankly disappointing.
Furthermore, to echo more recent reviews, it's becoming an issue that only 1 or 2 of 3 elevators function at a given time and often lines are forming into the lobby. One time, I spent up to 20 minutes just to go downstairs and pick up a food delivery. For a building with over 30 stories, to have one functioning elevator is asking for the...

This building forces residents to pay $20 / month to use a package delivery service called Fetch. At best, this results in packages being delivered later to residents than they normally would (since they have to first get delivered to a warehouse and then to the apartment). At worst, this results in packages being STOLEN - a regular occurrence (for me and many other tenants) because any packages delivered to the Fetch warehouse outside of normal "business hours" will just be LEFT ON THE STREET (FETCH CLAIMS NO LIABILITY for these packages). With Amazon you can control the hours the packages get delivered, but with FedEx / UPS / etc. you can't. To add insult to injury, management didn't give residents ANY WARNING TIME before they made using Fetch mandatory. They just started abruptly turning away packages delivered to the building one day. What if you already had a package on the way? Tough luck! Management backtracked on this policy, and have allowed some packages to get delivered to the building temporarily, but after having turned away ALL packages for a week, it's created a nasty cycle where all the delivery drivers in the area NOW REFUSE TO COME TO THE BUILDING! This has left us unable to receive valuable / perishable / oversized packages that are NECESSARY to be delivered DIRECTLY to the building. As a resident, I feel scammed, frustrated, and disrespected. I do not foresee myself re-signing my lease. While this building may look good on the surface - had I known I'd have to deal with lost or missing packages and broken elevators on a daily basis - I would NEVER...
