The Pharmacist name is Ann who works at the CVS pharmacy located at 1500 Spruce Street Philadelphia, PA my local pharmacy and she made me feel unheard, unwanted and uncomfortable. Ann the pharmacist created an hostile environment for me and attempted to snatch my prescription right from my hand. I have Gestational Diabetes where I have to check my blood glucose level four times a day. I ran out of testing strips and Ann the pharmacist made an accusation accusing me of already having 100 count of testing strips when I only was given 50 count and ran out of testing strips. My RN sent over a prescription for six refills each for 120 count of testing strips. I was only given 50 count of testing strips. So Instead of Ann the pharmacist giving me my refill of testing strips she became argumentive with me and refused to help me. She stated I talk too much and she will no longer help nor assist me followed by Ann walking away from the counter leaving me without my prescription needs. When I threatened to report her to Corporate and I began to record she became ruthless and barbaric and tried to snatch my prescription of testing strips out my hand and called security on me. Her misconduct was unwarranted and the experience I was subjected too was unpleasant and humiliating. There was definitely motivated racial undertones in how she treated me because she wanted to check my prescription after I received my receipt without allowing me to leave even though she was the one who filled the prescription and she never forces customers to check their prescription after they paid for their prescription. However, she attempted to force me today to check my prescription after I paid for my prescription. She tried to snatch my prescription from the grasp of my hand a total of three times and called security because I would not allow her to forcibly take my prescription. I did speak to three managers and one of the managers did inform me she is pretty consistently nasty and an hateful person who talks down to certain people. The manager do not understand why Ann continues to work in the pharmacy handling people prescription needs if Ann is going to subject customers to an hostile and demeaning experience. If it was not for customers Ann would not have an job at that particular pharmacy for sure. This experience is unforgettable and unacceptable. I did report Ann to the State Board of Pharmacy. Ann the pharmacist should no longer have an place at CVS pharmacy continuing handling my prescription needs. Ann may tamper with my future prescription needs for sure there is no low for the misconduct she displayed to me. I will no longer patronage this establishment because of Ann the pharmacist's misconduct. Simply disgusting.
P.S. I did not want to give no stars at all. Unfortunately, Google will not allow to post without pressing at least one star. Otherwise I would have not given no...
Ā Ā Ā Read more0 stars for this CVS location's pharmacy. I'm done with them. Tonight was the third strike for rude behavior and complete lack of customer service by the pharmacy staff. I had hoped the last two experiences, being severely mischarged and ignored for 20 minutes while I was sick, were just flukes. No such luck. Today, I called in a prescription at work in the afternoon. I left work late and needed to run other errands. The pharmacy closes at 9:00 p.m. I arrived at about 8:50 p.m. I saw the pharmacy was open and a few people in line. So, I decided to pick up two other items and then get in line. I walked over to the pharmacy counter at 8:57. The gate was closed. The lights still were on, and the staff was closing up. I approached the gate, and they looked up and then looked down without saying a word. I waited a minute, standing there still, thinking maybe they just needed to finish something. I looked down at my phone. It was still only 8:58. I asked if I could just get my prescription and pay up front. I understood it was the end of the day, and they wanted to go. I was told no. That was it. No. They turned away from me and walked out the side door past me. They left at 8:59 by my phone's clock and their wall clock. None of them could even wait one more minute or at least say, I'm sorry we are closed. I put my items back and left. Avoid...

Male(with glasses) and young female (long black hair) manager are kind, but I would rather leave without the items I came for than ask for help if they arenāt there. I feel like a bother most of the time, and I rarely ask for help. I am a super frequent costumer since itās next door but if there was another place like it near me(24hrs), Iād go without hesitation.
I must be a glutton for punishment for choosing convenience over comfort. I go back because of the the pharmacy and, they are just and rude. They all act like they hate their life, and you. Trust me I get it. When you hate your job itās frustrating, but donāt take it out on the obviously kind voices you hear over the phone or in person. The constant interrupting and eye rolls feel make you feel just awful. Iām sorry truly, but the attitudes just started my day awfully. When Iām just trying to get my medication fixed, and get interrupted, hung up on then more attitude. Please be respectful. Everyoneās going through it, Iām sorry you guys are...
