I’ll start off with the good: this place is extremely well kept, it is clean, beautiful and very tidy.

I had my initial appointment at 12 noon and arrived on time and was in the waiting room for 20 minutes before I was called back and was informed my injector was late and to come back at 1:30, annoying but I did. I come back at 1:30 and am sitting in my injection room probably by 1:45, I get numbed and am advised about 20 minutes for the numbing cream to work, an hour later, after my mom in the waiting room asked what was taking so long was I greeted by an injector. My injector was great. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the injection process.

I was told about 2 weeks before my botox and filler was “settled”, it’s been about 3 weeks and to be honest I don’t see any real difference. I still have wrinkles and no real definition in my jawline/chin where we did the filler. I feel like this was a huge waste of time/money. Maybe in hindsight it would have been beneficial to talk about goals and what I was looking for with the filler/botox, but being a first timer I do feel that’s something the injector should have taken control of, so that expectations would’ve been realistic and limited the type of disappointed I’m...

Absolutely top notch, brand new facility. The spa is literally spotless and beautifully laid out. The staff ensure you are on schedule and seen promptly. I had Botox done and the results have been excellent. I appreciated the skilled clinicians and professional manner with which I was treated. This is a really great spot for all things aesthetics.

12/19 Update

Very rude & unprofessional staff! I had a mistake of buying a package (prepaying) because they won’t finish it. The most disturbing experience I have ever had. They schedule multiple people at the same time and can literally abandon you in the middle of the session to go to work with another client. Waiting period 45+ even you are on time for your appointment. Truly will waist your time and if you are very busy person like me then it will mess you schedule completely. If you are using Groupon then they will not provide the same care as they would to other clients. I believe if you don’t want to have people who are buying Groupon then you shouldn’t even offered it in the first place! I am a public person, and as a Ms Nation Universe 2025 I have an obligation to bring attention to this matter and speak up because I believe that no woman or any other customer should be treated That Way!
