Very poor customer service! Upon purchase of 700+Square foot of vinyl flooring tiles, I returned to purchase 2 extra boxes to finish my project. I had already done $5000+ worth of business with this place. The total for the 2 boxes of extra flooring (after already having spent well over $1400 on vinyl was $65. They would only either take cash, or charge me an extra $5 to use my credit card... I stated that I could return later with the cash as we would be coming back anyway, but needed to take the two boxes with me for the contractor that was on site. This was not allowed, and the manager stated it was store policy, for the $5 credit card charge as well for not allowing me to take them on credit (again I had already just paid for $1400 worth of vinyl flooring)... The manager told me "Home Depot wont allow you to take merchandise on credit either"... Well folks.. let me be clear.. Home Depot also DOES NOT CHARGE ME $5 to use my credit card!! This is no Home Depot.. and honestly I would rather go across the street any day than be treated so rudely! Fast froward a couple days, I only needed 1 of the 2 boxes, so I unfortunately had to return to the store to bring back one unopened box. The woman at the front desk reluctantly took the box back, and owed me $32.50... She states.. I owe you $32 ... I asked where my 50 cents went.. and she was like "Oh, you want change"??.... Apparently coming up with coins was an inconvenience.. So I said.. then ROUND UP and give me $33!! She was quite rude. and dug through her desk to find the 50 cents... I was clearly not happy..After she came back with the rest of the cash and handed me the receipt she could tell I was displeased... and her response was "are you ok?"... like I had a problem.. no .. not ok.....

If you are looking for quality and good price this is the right place, they have a good service all the employees are friendly but the prize goes to Katherine (la Domi🇩🇴) she is the best, she does not work just because she does work to give you the best possible service and help you find...
