My names Taylor and I came into this store about a month ago (sep 2019) with my ps4 that wasn't displaying. I figured there was something wrong with the hdmi port and that it was fixable since sometimes it would work if I adjusted the cord or propped it up on something. When the store called me the next day they said they couldn't fix it which is fine if it cant be fixed it cant be fixed. However they told me it couldn't be fixed because the main processor was shot. A few days later I tried plugging it in again but it still wasn't displaying then I went to bed and forgot to turn the system off when I went to turn it off in the morning it was displaying in safe mode. idk how this happened but when I selected one of the options the ps restarted and has been working perfectly fine for the past month. The main reason I'm giving the store a bad review is because they told me the ps processor was shot but clearly it wasn't since now it's working perfectly fine. On top of that they told me the best thing to do would just be to buy a new system and they offered me $10 credit for my "broken beyond repair ps4" if I bought one of their ps4s. I would give this store a 5 star review if they had just honestly told me they did not know what was wrong with my system but instead they told me it was shot and wouldn't work again which was either a lie or they just can't tell the difference between a working processor and a broken one.

I brought my Xbox One in because it was overheating. They told me it was an EASY FIX and gave it back after 3days. I go home only to discover my Xbox is still broken. I bring it back and they "work" on it for over 2 weeks. I have to call them to get it back because they must forgotten that they even had it! They tell me it was fixed days ago and I can pick it up. So, I take it home and it overheats AGAIN!
So they are either lying to my face, or they aren't testing it before giving it back. Neither is acceptable.
So on my third visit they tell me ghey cant fix it(even though they already fixed it twice?) They wont give me a refund, even though it's obvious they never fixed my Xbox, But, LUCKY ME: if I give them a hundred more dollars they can sell me a used Xbox that they fixed previously. Why would I believe them when they tell me this Xbox works when they told me that twice before about my Xbox, but were wrong?!?

Read morePlease don’t waist your time and money on this place. My husband took hip MAC laptop for screen issues, he paid almost $500 to have it replaced. It took weeks to get it back, but the problem was even worse than before it was replaced. We took it back to them to fix the issue 2 months ago but we still haven’t gotten the laptop back. We tried calling them so many times, they don’t answer/return calls and their website wasn’t accepting any messages/emails. In between all the call attempts, I also went there on a week day/business hours, but they were closed. After many attempts to reach them, I was finally “lucky” to stop by during a day that they were open. I was told that the part was ordered and it’s coming from China, so it’s taking awhile to get here. He said they were going to contact us later that day for update as to when we can get the laptop back. It’s been a month since then, no one has reached out, they’re not answering our calls and it’s really frustrating. I wish I could give this...
