This is my second time going to this particular location like another poster said I usually go to ethos or sunny side where the customer service in the back is way better I cannot understand why they would have and I don't have anything against people with intellectual disabilities but somebody with autism who is not really Social? get over yourself štruly there are better budtenders in the city with better prices and another thing not that I'm trying to drag a compliment out of somebody but if you're a customer service rep and you see that the customer's birthday is on that day that they purchase an item they shouldn't have to drag a happy birthday ,out of you š.. the lamest happy birthday I got all day... I told him he could keep that happy birthday I don't want that negative energy..customer service 101 Should be your top priority if you can't say hello happy birthday and have a good day to a customer this is not the job for you right after I left there I ended up going to Sunnyside where they treated me like a bonafide customer.. Here's the thing your employees think that certain types of people that come into their establishments are either junkies or losers scraping up pennies to buy herbal. From the moment I walked in the door before I could even get to the door the guard was. condescending and rude and brusque... The young lady at the front desk with the blonde hair is always professional.. so I didn't have a problem with her at all but the two individuals in the back.. the one guy was rambling on to himself and I could barely understand what he was saying that's what made me think that he had some developmental disabilities because he was staring all up in the air and all around the floor and everything I tried to get the other person's attention and she was over there giggling looking at her phone or giggling at the situation either way she refused to assist...and she ignored me.. so I'm trying to figure out is my money good there or not.. because like I said your prices are too high.. the discounts don't make sense ..coming from somebody who's rambling and rolling their eyes all around in their head... And not following customer service protocol ..you claim to be a customer service facility.. a medical facility... So if you want to be in this game you got to act like you want to be in it... I just feel like your employees even the ones who look like me feel like if you don't fit the profile they can treat you any kind of way they want to and one thing I demand is Respect When I Spend My Money... Your discounts don't make sense anyway so once again I'll never be back... As if you even cared... Which is good because I don't...

I'm surprised at the negative/average reviews - so much so that I feel compelled to write my own, because it was probably the best experience I've ever had at a dispensary. I've been to some recreational dispensaries around the country, but I just recently got my medical card and this was my first time using it.
I placed an order online for in-store pickup, arrived at the location and got checked by security and checked-in by the front desk person, and as I was waiting for the reps in the shopping area to confirm they were ready for me one of the pharmacists popped out and said he saw it was my first time there and just wanted to introduce himself to me and let me know they always have pharmacists on site. Then I went into the shopping area and the rep was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She already had my order ready but then asked me if I wanted to add anything to it since you get a 50% off discount as a first-time customer. She made some recommendations based on what I had already ordered and then was explaining the different terpenes and effects to me.
It was so nice to experience knowledgable staff, to know that there were people there happy to provide support and answer any questions I had, and to get stuff at a really good price. I've seen some people complain about the prices here, but I found them to be equivalent to other dispensaries in the area PLUS the particular weekend I went they were having a sale, I got my first-time customer discount, and they seem to provide a bunch of other discounts according to their website.
