This hidden gem is one of my favorite places to get authentic, elevated vietnamese food! I've dined in and ordered to go a few times and have never been disappointed. Everything tastes super fresh and flavorful. You can tell the owner/head chef, Corey, is very passionate about his craft. He does not use MSG and instead relies on natural spices and aromatics, which give his dishes more refined/complex flavors. At our last visit my husband and I ordered the golden bags appetizer, yellow curry chicken, and pad see ew. The golden bags were really tasty and crispy with really nice presentation. The pad see ew noodles had great texture (chewy and not too soft/slimy) and great flavor (sometimes pad see ew can have a burnt sugar taste that over powers the other flavors but this sauce was well balanced with sweet, soy and garlic flavors). The yellow curry was also a good balance of saffron spice and was not too thick or too runny. I also highly recommend the curry chicken dumplings (the dumplings are fried to a really satisfying crisp and stuffed with chicken cooked in the same yellow curry sauce mentioned above), the crispy chicken (think juicy popcorn chicken in a tangy mildly sweet citrus sauce), the tofu banh mi (the tofu is fried and cooked in a really tasty black pepper sauce), and if you're in the mood for something sweet to drink - the Thai iced tea!

What an unexpected gem! While enjoying a drink at Jet Wine Bar, we were craving something delicious and stumbled upon Corey’s Crafty Vietnamese Cuisine. We met Corey, the owner, who instantly welcomed us like family. His warmth set the tone for an incredible meal inspired by southern Vietnamese “cơm phở” flavors. What we enjoyed: Golden Bags – Crispy pouches of shrimp & crabmeat served with a sweet chili sauce. Absolutely delectable. Vegetable Dumplings – Steamed Portabella mushroom & leek dumplings topped with caramelized shiitake mushrooms. A must-try! Bún Tôm Nướng Chả Giò Chay – Rice vermicelli with grilled marinated shrimp & crispy vegetable spring rolls. Fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Bánh Mì with Roast Pork – Perfectly baked bread, tender pork, and bold flavors. The atmosphere is lively and fun, with Corey encouraging guests to join in karaoke. We didn’t grab the mic this time (BYOB courage might help next visit!), but another guest’s performance was fantastic. If you’re looking for delicious Vietnamese cuisine served with genuine hospitality, I highly recommend visiting Corey’s. We’ll definitely be back!

While visiting Philly, I had the honor of experiencing the rapture and enchantment that Corey's brings into this world. The folks at Corey's, including Corey himself (a Philly LEGEND), Rob, Scott, and more, hosted our birthday party of 15 people and gave me one of the most fun nights in my life as after dinner, we sang karaoke and danced our tails off. The pho and side dishes were unbelievable, and the experience was unforgettable due to the lovely and welcoming crew at Corey's. Lots of time and effort goes into each dish here, and I recommend asking Corey about their extensive process to make your order. If you're looking for a fun time and great eats, stop reading this review section and click on directions to get here already. I cannot thank Corey and his team enough, and I cannot wait to go back!!! N.B. The pic is of me and my boy Corey loving life.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Corey's restaurant! This casual restaurant offers food and service comparable to upscale establishments, all at an incredibly reasonable price.

You can tell how proud of and invested Corey is in his restaurant; greeting us personally, taking our orders, taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly, and making us feel like part of their restaurant family. Rob, our attentive server, ensured our glasses were never less than full and cleared dishes promptly.

CCVC is also exceptionally vegetarian/vegan-friendly. I had the tofu banh mi, mushroom and leek dumpling, and vegetable pho—each dish was so delicious and flavorful.

To top off a perfect night, we enjoyed a spontaneous round of karaoke and were treated to complimentary dessert—a lovely surprise!

CCVC has earned our loyalty, and we'll certainly be back! Highly...
