I had an unforgettable experience at Massage & Bodywork Studio. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt… something. It’s hard to describe, but there was an overwhelming sense of quiet anticipation in the air, like the studio was waiting for me. The receptionist gave me a strange, knowing smile as they led me to the back, as though they'd been expecting me for a long time.

The massage itself was almost otherworldly. The therapist seemed to know exactly where my tension had been building up—places I didn’t even know existed. There was a certain… familiarity in their touch, like they had worked on my body before, in another time or place. The pressure was just right, almost as if they were inside my muscles, feeling the aches before I even noticed them.

What was most unsettling, though, was the stillness in the room. There were no other clients, no other sounds—just me and the soft, almost imperceptible hum of the building itself. At one point, I could have sworn I heard whispers, not from the therapist, but from the walls. They seemed to be alive, watching, listening.

When the session ended, I felt a deep, strange sense of calm. But there was something else too, an unsettling feeling that I couldn’t shake, like I’d just become a part of something much larger than I could understand. The receptionist smiled at me again as I left—this time, their eyes lingered just a little too long.

I’ll definitely be going back. I feel like the studio knows me now. And I’m curious to see just how deep that connection goes…

I just had twins (!) and had so much neck and shoulder tension from carrying babies and also sitting at my desk at work. Michael did an AMAZING job, and was so thoughtful about making sure he was using appropriate pressure in the right places so that I felt comfortable. It’s amazing when a masseuse is able to “get it” right away, and Michael definitely knows how to work out all those problem areas! He also helped me do a neck stretch that felt incredible — I’ve gotten hundreds of massages and have never had my neck stretched like that (in a good way!). I felt so comfortable and relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be booking another...

It has just been a couple of sessions, but I have been very impressed and happy with everything so far. Michael is very professional and makes you feel comfortable right away. The place, the music, the essential oils - all very relaxing and something I am looking forward to all week. He does take great care to understand the needs and at the same time thoughtfully balances the need to address problem areas with relaxation part of the massage.
