Millésimé — Local services in Philadelphia

I really appreciated all the time Jodee spent showing me all the USM pieces (standard and custom) and offering me the USM color samples so that I could match to my home décor. And - it was one of the few times that my better half enjoyed looking around as much as I did! He's not into interior design the way I am - but (as an engineer/physicist) he really got into the great engineering of the USM Haller pieces - as well as one of the lights near the front of the store. He also was really into the openness/ambience of the store . We both enjoyed looking around at other furniture and home accessory lines, too (including kitchen design :). Millesime is a fantastic...

Terrible experience in this furniture store. One sales rep was cold and seemed to judge me by my outfit and told me to “stay back” as if I was peeking at their computer for the price list, when I honestly thought she was showing me color options. The furniture may be high-end, but the service is bargain-bin. No one explained if other colors were available, and the overall attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Beautiful furniture that I literally thinking about purchasing, but the staffs ruined my experience and I will not ever go back this...

The staff and store were nice. However they don't offer financing (I guess people have $1000+ to casually spend on chairs?) and there wasn't much of a product guide. Like it's great a person can show me how things work, but maybe print a manual out too? The Herman Miller chairs I tried also weren't labeled very well. Some had extra add ons and others were just the base model, but I didn't see anything stating what chair had what features.

Add product guides, making financing an option, and better label your items and my review would jump...
