This place doesn't deserve a good rate. I had food here couple times and tbh i did like the food, but one time i recommend to my mom's bf, he ordered it and i came pick up, when i arrived they didn't have the food ready even he ordered probably 20-30mins earlier. They didnt even recognize the order and it seem they forgot about it, so yea i had to wait, i had no parking so i asked the girl please bring it outside when it ready, she said yes, so i waited and i waited until i was so exhausted maybe 30-40mins, i went back inside and my food was there, the girl never bring it out, the place weren't even crowded but yea, that was how i got treated. I asked the girl why she said yes but didn't bring the food out for me, she completely ignored me and went straight to the back which is like 10 feets away, i still look at her to see if she say anything but no, i was so shocked & confused, walked to the door, looked back & see the guy in back looked at me like i brought them trouble. Wow. The food wasn't good according to my mom's bf, it was dry & pricy. Be aware if you're asia go to this place, i guessed that was why i got treated that way. I will never comeback, i regret that i recommend it to my mom's bf. I barely write reviews but this place deserved one...

The food is whatever. It's Mexican food. You head to the bathroom after you eat no matter where you go. The reviews say the prices are reasonable but all of their online websites are complete false advertising including their personal website. It says the burritos are $7 but I got there and they were $9. I explained to the woman that the website is false advertising and it said a different price. She told me the menu is right there you can look at it and then told me that she only works there and basically doesnt care. Lol. Great customer service!!! I ordered over the phone to pick it up in person. How was I supposed to see the physical menu in the restaurant?? I apologize that our government hates your ppl but not all white people (including myself) hate Mexicans. I have a lot of love for Mexico and the ppl. You can be respectful and apologize or get somebody in charge who speaks English so that they can fix their issue. I didn't need a discount, I just wanted them to correct their website or else take the website down. False advertising is against the law so stop pretending to be ignorant because you're a foreigner. MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO NEVER ORDER FROM ONLINE MENU!!! THE PRICES...

I ordered from them few months ago because of their great reviews. I ordered the el jarocho burrito which was alright and the fish tacos which were good. The fish tacos had nice chunks of fresh tilapia and fresh toppings. Then two weeks ago I ordered the same and had it delivered again. Well, I have never seen anything so gross. The fish tacos looked and smelled like they used old canned tuna fish and the burrito had what looked like chicken that had been sitting out for too long, all dried up and hard. I was so hungry i tried to eat the burrito and pick the chicken out but they compensated or tried to hide the chicken with some watery white sauce. I ended up throwing it all out. I tipped the driver well both times and couldn't understand how a restaurant would deliver food like this on purpose unless they disliked the customer. I should've called and demanded my money back. I've worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and never saw anything like that. I'm only writing this review now because it has disturbed me since, it turned me off on mexican food, and this establishment name comes up first when you Google take out. Beware if you...

I work around their location and always wanted to try. Me and a few coworkers got some Delicious Burritos from them and really enjoyed so we decided to go to them for lunch again. We order the second time before break to have time to eat and once we got the food my order of tacos I had a very long piece of hair in my food. Before I noticed this I posted my food on ig because it looked so good. After realizing the hair I lost my appetite and went back to the place for a full refund. My coworkers after that did not want their food either because of cleanliness and condition our food was in. The owner told me they did not do refunds and I would have to wait another 10 mins for my food. Because my break was only 30mins I asked for the full refund and they refused. I payed with my debit card but the owner gave me ripped money as a refund and told me to never come back again. I already was Never coming back after they way I was treated. Hopefully they put “No Refunds” on their receipts next time to not have this problem.

Went in hoping for a burrito after glancing at some reviews but found none on the menu. It is mostly sandwiches, cemitas and platters. After ordering mixed fajitas I was delivered two ramekins, one of salsa, the other of queso (?), and a small basket of chips. The salsa had some spice to it but wasn't too much to handle. The queso was good though it reminded me more of a spicy mayo. The chips had a nice thickness and were very crunchy. The mixed fajitas were a decently sized plate of meats and peppers, along with refried beans and rice, and a handful of tortillas. From the dining room you can see the cook making your food so you know everything is hot and fresh. The meats were well seasoned but not overly so. The tortillas were just ok - seemed like warmed average grocery tortillas - a real shame given the great tortilla options nearby. Service was nice, attentive but not over bearing. The atmosphere was lacking - loud TVs, small, out dated dining room, cluttered decorations.

My ultimate favorite family owned Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood! I always get the Enchiladas Verdes de Pollo, it’s my ultimate favorite comfort food of all time. I highly recommend their delicious and filling tortas and their authentic quesadillas. I love their carne asada and carnitas, but truly you can’t go wrong with any thing on their menu. They also have every best soda you can ever think of. And the staff will make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Everything is made in house and so fresh, including their house tortilla chips, salsas and delicious chipotle cream. So much love in the food and so freaking yummy!!!
