Me and my wife go every couple months, it has been so much fun because we’re from out of state and we had first fridays back in our hometown. So this made Phoenix feel even more like home. Now let’s get down to the review, there are plenty of vendors, including food and shops. There are A LOT OF PEOPLE so don’t come if you’re shy, or come if you’re shy and get out of your comfort zone. There are also live music performances and PLENTY of bars to hop to and from during your Friday night. One of our favorite things to do is go find a few galleries and take the time to check out the artwork. Cinco de...

I love first Friday and it seems to be bigger and bigger every month! I have been coming ever since 2011, and it was just a handful of vendors. Now it's so packed you can barely move around without touching somebody else! I love it so many different types of art , drawings, paintings, jewlery and clothes of all types and styles, so many different talents, and music, dancing, break dancing, all type of styles. Dont forget all of the food vendors! My favorite is the Indian fry bread that's all different types of food and desserts ! Anything you want you can find there ! Plus it's fun just to...

Roosevelt Row is Phoenix’s creative heartbeat. The streets are lined with colorful murals, quirky galleries, and trendy restaurants, making it feel alive day and night. The monthly First Friday Art Walk is a highlight, with live music, food trucks, and open studios creating a festival atmosphere. Even outside of events, the district has a unique energy—you’ll stumble upon amazing street art around every corner. It’s not polished or overly curated, and that’s what makes it special. Roosevelt Row feels like the city’s personality on display: vibrant, diverse, and...

We love all of the outdoor hiking we’ve been doing lately, but we also enjoy exploring the city 🌆 ✨SAVE this for next time you’re looking for something to do in Phoenix with the kids! 1. Encanto Park - free to enter amusement park! You just pay for the rides your kids want to ride. The park also has a lake, picnic areas and gorgeous views of the Phoenix Skyline. (Pictured in the video was the train ride here) 2. Roosevelt Row Art District - my kids loved looking at all the murals, there’s also plenty of places to grab lunch and coffee. 3. Arizona Science Center @azscience - can’t recommend this place enough! So fun, interactive and educational. Don’t miss this if you’re in Phoenix with kids! 4. Japanese Friendship Garden - beautiful walk around these gardens!! Also check their website bc they do events. It truly feels like walking through a garden in Japan. Very educational and gets the kids outside 🌸 5. Tour the historic Rosson House - one of our favorite hobbies when traveling to new cities is touring old homes/mansions. This one is a top fave for sure! So much history, not a super long tour so my son at age 3 even had a great time. Enjoy Phoenix 💛 #phoenixmoms #visitphoenix #arizonatravel #welcometoarizona #travelwithkids #explorearizona #familytravel #phoenixarizona #arizonacollective #arizonalife Visiting Phoenix Arizona with kids, travel with kids
