I live and work in Phoenix so decided to try this place out. I went in wanting a simple nail art design and after calling ahead to see if they are capable of nail art I was assured they would be able to handle it. I walked in and showed them a photo of a design (I have been able to accomplish this design myself at home) and they said they would be able to do and sat me down to do my nails. They quickly became confused as there were multiple colors I wanted to use. (Basically this design was a nude base with spring colorful tips but a different color for each tip). They couldn’t grasp the fact that I wanted a different color for each tip so not wanting to cause problems I said forget it and I would do just a solid dark purple color for each nail. Well she started painting my nails with a nude color so I assumed she finally understood what I wanted after showing her the photo mulitple times. She paints all my nails nude and doesn’t do anything else and rushes me out because multiple other people had walked in wanting something done in my time there. This is a turn and burn place. Don’t go in if you want quality...

Please proceed with caution if you go to this salon. I have been coming for about 2 years for acrylic or dip manicures, with generally no issues. The second to last time I was in, I felt that the tech was in a bit of a rush however didn’t really think much of it. Unfortunately my most recent visit will be my last. When the tech was filing off the gel color, my thumb nail clearly had a fungal infection. Tech took no responsibility on behalf of the salon and tried to make me feel like it was my fault that "water" got between the acrylic and my nail. I asked for him to please just remove all of my nails and not do a fill. He then began to rip my nails off. I asked him to please soak them off as he was hurting me, and he completely ignored me. I repeated that he was hurting me, and he continued to rip all of my nails off. He then began to drill over my nails and I asked him to please leave my thumb nail alone in which he completely ignored me again. I was quite literally fighting tears while this was happening and finally was able to leave. I will definitely not be back, proceed...

Needed to get my nails and feet done last minute. Came across this nail place on google and it was right across from my hotel. So glad I went and checked them out. Tom the sweetest did an amazing job on my feet and was able to find the perfect color for finishing up my pedicure. Julie ‘JUST WOW’ did an absolute fantastic job on my nails 💅 I went a complete different route from super square to almond shaped nails. She removed the old nasty set and did and overlay on my natural nails. I’m so so happy she came through with her expertise . Also good vibes and Julie paid attention to every single person that walked through the door. One thing I’d suggest though please offer beverages 😆 that’s it - the temperatures outside are crazy so a refreshing beverage would’ve been nice but other than that I’ll be going back there every single time I’m laying over in Phoenix ♥️ love...
