JUST WOW!!!! 07-25-2023
This - ‘Bosa Donuts’ location, has thee RUDEST person/woman that I’ve EVER encountered!! (Hope they’re not ALL the same, but I have a very strong feeling that THEY ARE!!!!)!!!!
When you pull in and park,.. Go to the multiple doors, and they have a small paper, among other items scattered on the doors,..
Good thing I read them,.. Had to go back to the 1st door, to see if it was open/maybe, I missed something?!?!),.. saying the drive thru is open,.. Okay?!?!?!?!
Yet, not stating the indoor dining/ordering/pickup, etc, is open or closed,.. So, after going to each set of doors,.. I found that they are both, indeed locked.
Ok then. Let’s go thru the drive-thru, and see what happens?! No answer at the drive-thru,l AND ITS VERYYYYY DARK OUTSIDE/THERE!!!!
(Still SO VERY hot/humid outside, with being middle of summer & monsoon season, PLUS the • •EXCESSIVE•HEAT• WARNING!!!!
So, drive up to the window. Wow.
These two ‘women’, could care less, that someone is sitting out there, in the drive thru. They absolutely seen a car /waving, etc. They’re busy chatting, and I’d seen the one look at us a few times, and we did not matter. Seen the ‘rude woman’ try to look a few times, she then walked by a few times toward the front of the building, where there are Mike windows,.. leaving their 5-ish minute conversation, and come back. Waved, etc. but did not want to be rude, or scare anyone with knocking on the window. But, needed to get this order finally!
NOT OKAY AT ALL - We’re in the middle of a HEAT WAVE/*EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING * We have had, recorded Temperatures, above 110 degrees, for 25 consecutive days now , m in Arizona, and have extended a National record among LARGE U.S. Cities.
So, after many minutes,.. Rude woman finally cames to the window, and rudely said ‘you did not go to the drive thru’ I said : ‘yes, I did,.. but no reply, so I came to the window’ She was furious. Okay?!?!
After taking her time, to get us the order,.. Finally,.. have it!!!! Said thank you, very much! And - This MOST RUDEST person, that gave me the delivery,.. LITERALLY CLOSED THE DRIVE-THRU-WINDOW- AND ACTUALLY - PUT A SQUARE CARDBOARD IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW,.. IN FRONT OFF MY FACE BEFORE I DROVE OFF!!!!!!!
REALLY?!?! HOW OLD ARE WE?!?!
To those that care to bother to go here,..
They are ’APPARENTLY’, having a closed dining room, and signs only say that the drive thru is open, but does not state on either door, that it’s closed for dine-in.
We will NEVER, come back here,.. EVER!!!! And we’ll make sure, that ANYONE WET KNOW, does not...
Read moreThe donuts are dope no complaints there whatsoever absolutely great place for food alone. The inside of this location is certainly clean, but a bit dim and sad and not terribly inviting. The staff are nice and efficient, food and drinks come out promptly and correctly, but it seems like they may not be paid well enough or maybe they have a tyrannical or just bad manager one or a combination of the factors I listed because they do not seem enthusiastic despite doing everything correctly and in a timely manner. Whether it's just this location, or BoSa as a whole, I hope someone in a position to make a change reads this and understands that if you pay your employees better than what one would expect for their role (start low and have an automatic raise after 6 months to have something to not only incentive but to instill loyalty and give a decent window of time to weed out bad apples) and treat them with respect and as adults, you'll make more money despite what it would seem. Happy and enthusiastic employees make people excited to come buy donuts, those people spread the word that this is the place you gotta go to for breakfast or whatever because the people that work there are sooo great, and your investment that felt large (because it's payroll I get it that's a restaurants largest expense so it's scary) becomes small pennies because business increases exponentially. Listen to me or don't listen to me but employees should be paid well above minimum tips or not. Don't beg the general public to make up the difference because you want to save a bit on payroll. The investment in your people is the greatest investment you could ever make. And people will beating down your door to come work there, and if they want to but can't because the staff is full, well as long as they came to apply they might as well eat and grab a coffee while they're here. There's layers to this science and how it grows a business, but you don't even need to know all that because it's easy to implement without understanding the granular details of ROI and cost benefit...
Read moreHonestly the food is not bad but it’s expensive. I usually get the breakfast sandwich and boba. The staffs are very rude and condescending.
the drinks are 80% ice and 20% drink LITERALLY!!!
There was this Asian lady that’s so rude. I asked for a drink without ice because there was too much of it and they charged me an extra $2 without ice???
The lady asked if I wanted to go through with it or not and I said no thank you
She proceeded to keep eyeing me and gave me this judgmental look, it was so awkward I literally had to exit the door backwards
there’s also these 2 girls, that would gossip over the counter
** however, not all of the staff are rude. There was this single worker, she looked to be a student she was very nice with a positive attitude, kept a smile on her face even though she worked the shift alone...
