I am so happy to have obtained the services of AZ Prime Property Management. Dominic and his entire staff are the consummate professionals. They have taken great care of my property as well as the tenants. When I had difficulties with my rental, they took charge and ensured a favorable outcome for me and the tenant. I plan to continue to build my real estate portfolio in the Phoenix, Arizona market and I do not see myself going to any other property management company for their services. I am completely satisfied with AZ Prime Property Management and looking forward to continue to work with them. They are relentless professionals who have allowed me to remain hands-off with renting.

This is an additional review for AZ Prime Property Management. I recently sold a property that was being managed by AZ Prime for nearly 4 years. I had nothing but the best experience with everyone at AZ Prime Property Management. Dominic Arnold and his staff (especially Bria) ensured that the property and tenants were always taken care of. Any issues with the home or repairs needed were always communicated promptly, and the repairs were made expeditiously. I do have another property that in the future will be placed for rental, and I will for sure return to AZ Prime Property Management for their services. I am unable to leave 0 stars so this management company is lucky to get 1 star. I am from an agency that was paying off an eviction for a client who lives at a property in Phoenix. I was met with a man named ARNOLD and in my work of delivering payment checks it is a requirement that I get a signature from the person that receives the check. Most of the time I request a copy of the check and the receiver can sign the copy. Mr. Arnold here told me outright he would not make me a copy of the check and that I can take myself back to my agency and make my own copy of the check and drive back to Tempe to make the delivery and he would then sign the copy of the check. I have been doing this work for 7 months and I have never been treated to disrespectfully or degrading. Even the front desk receptionist was embarrassed. She apologized for his attitude and did state that she could not make a copy of the check. I am pretty sure Arnold treats his employees bad if she felt she could not accommodate my request. I spoke to the clients that live in the unit we were assisting with payment and they stated they get treated very poorly every time they have to contact this property management company. I feel bad for them and if anyone is being treated unfairly, I would advise contacting the Attorney Generals office and file a fair housing complaint against this company. I am going to write this for the RENTERS. This company is okay to rent through. But be very very careful. I recently moved out of there property was told the owner was going to sell the home. I left the home in better condition than when I moved into it. When I moved in I don't think they every sent anyone in to clean it, nor check any of the appliances, the owner ended up putting a lot of money into the home while I rented. Here is the bad thing about Keller Williams. I had to be late on one rent payment do to car problems, I needed brakes. I called 2 or 3 weeks prior to notify them of this. There was no slack, no nothing. You will be charged so much money and fees. They don't care what happens all they want is money money money. Now that I am out of the house I was expecting to get some of the deposit. Instead I get a letter stating I own money. Well go figure. I looked back in all my records and just don't understand this. Somewhere I was told I owe the owner money for a water bill. Why do I owe an OWNER money for a water bill. I have yet to get an answer for that. The rest I believe is all the fees and charges for being late ONE time. I guess if YOU are an OWNER that is going to read this and all you want is money money money then heck you have found the right place.
