Great place and great customer service, they been amazing since my husband been buying their hats. They are amazing I asked if a hat can be personalized for my husband birthday they never made me feel like my idea was crazy or I was out of my mind they made it happen and said bring the stuff in and we will see what we can do. My mother in law had passed away 9 years ago and we had a strand of hair of hers and I just wanted to make it special for him so straw and wool made our day and made it happen. She also had her signature stamp and they did great in making it look nice. We were impressed and he loved it. He loves every hat he been getting from straw and wool and he looks very handsome in them. Thank you so much we had came up with crazy ideas for straw and wool store and never turned us down. For Halloween me and my husband were freddy krueger and my husband wanted a personalized hat and they did amazing as well, thank you so much for the great business you been giving. I’ve purchased several hats from this store & the the Arizona Jazz Fests and so have a few of my friends based on my referral. Today I went to buy a hat and needed some feathers added to the hat to give it some flare. The front desk lady said the owner would be arriving in 30 mins to assist with putting some feathers I selected together as a bundle. I went had lunch for about 45 mins and went back to the hat store and was advised the owner never came in. I didn’t purchase the hat nor the feathers but the troubling moral to this story is the front desk lady never asked my name, cell or account number but wished me a non-sincere Happy New Year (in my opinion) after not making the store any money. Outstanding Collection of Hats

I visited Straw and Wool for the first time in search of a cool hat. Immediately walking in is overwhelming as you’re surrounded by astonishing high quality headwear.

I took my time walking around the two rooms of the shop, trying on many varieties of hat with sheer delight. From formal to casual hats, accessories, and clothing, there is something for everyone.

The lady running the store was extremely helpful and helped me with my final selection to buy – a nice bowler hat I must admit. It was a tough decision as there are so many astonishingly detailed pieces to select from.
