C K Nails — Local services in Pineville

Good day. Readers. My name is LaTasha Albert. And I’m a new resident to this area from New Jersey. I’m writing this review from my heart, please allow me to say that first. CK nails in the absolute “BEST” nail salon in this entire area. I’m a individual that absolutely refuses to spend my money if I’m not treated well. Which brings me to this. CK nails, is clean, it’s professional and the staff is absolutely amazing. Theresa provides my services and she has never disappointed me. Her husband is so kind spoken and he also does great work. Theresa does my nails, and my eyelashes and she even micro bladed my eyebrows. She is kind and she absolutely takes pride in her work and her customers. Now please allow me to say this. Today I went in the nail shop to get my nails done and I noticed that the entire staff was doing an extreme deep clean. I saw Theresa’s husband literally on his knees cleaning the floor and the base boards of the walls. While I was sitting there I asked Theresa what’s going on. To make a long story short a customer came into the shop and was not pleased because she saw an “ant crawling” are u serious! Ok so let me add this on this review. Whoever this customer was and to anyone thinking about coming to CK nails let me tell everyone this. IT IS NOT dirty, this salon is NOT NASTY , anybody could have dropped candy or left something to have this ant come in or maybe the ant crawled off the customer. The staff is CONSTANTLY CLEANING!! CONSTANTLY! this bothered the entire staff so they are all in there cleaning as if the world is going to end just so nobody can make another untruthful comment .and please let me say this. Nobody at this salon should have to tolerate disrespect PERIOD! That is not acceptable. The staff at CK NAILS are patient and kind, they don’t rush to do their services and it hurts my heart to hear that any of them have to be subjected to this ABUSE because that’s what it is. I love it here it’s my second home they take GREAT care of me. So try CK NAILS. You will definitely have an amazing experience. And when you go DON’T TREAT THEM POORLY! I love them all they are...

Don’t get me wrong the lady was sweet but being sweet ain’t got NOTHING to do with my nails. I don’t care if she was mute the entire time. LOOK at my nails yall. And I did have her take the first set of tips off and start again which she was nice about but I didn’t see the shape of my nails until the end because the acrylic was so runny she had my hand pointed downward under a light the entire time I had her fix incorrections that I could see but BABY when I got home and LOOKED at these jawns, I was baffled. They are thin and flexible like the acrylic never dried there’s so apex to the nail they don’t even look good . SHE DEAD WRONG. I would come back to get my money but I came 45 minutes out the way and I used Uber wouldn’t...

I’ve been going to CK Nails for 13 years. The owners Theresa and Kenny are awesome proprietors who are devoted to customer service. The establishment is always clean, offering a variety of services from manicures and pedicures, to waxing, to eyelash extensions. I’ve never seen anyone leave unhappy because the atmosphere alone is warm, cheerful, and friendly, and the service is always professional. Theresa’s personality is lively and upbeat, and they show appreciation to all their customers, not just their loyal ones.
