Ordering online was smooth, but when my husband arrived to pick up, the order was wrong. We had ordered the family box, with one pepperoni and one cheese pizza. They'd given us two pepperoni. No big deal, mistakes happen. They corrected the mistake and replaced one of the pepperonis with a plain cheese.

But when my husband saw the cheese pizza they were giving us he pointed out that the cheese was burned. It was a dark brown. The manager, Kelly Clark, began to argue with him that the pizza was supposed to look that way. He was so surprised that she would argue with him over obviously burnt pizza that he replied that we've been ordering pizza for a long time and that pizza you get in Jersey (where we lived many years ago) does not have brown cheese.

She told him "Next time go to New Jersey and get your pizza." Not wanting to argue any more, my husband came home and related to me what happened. I called and asked to speak to Kelly. She was just as rude to me and repeatedly kept telling me that plain cheese pizza comes out of the oven brown and that's the way it's supposed to look. Her tone was condescending and impatient.

When it became apparent she was going to continue being rude and unhelpful, I let her know that I'd be posting about this experience on social media. At which point she called me a Karen and hung up.

We never got food. It was Christmas Eve and our family had been in the ICU with a family member who was dying. I called at 2:30pm to ask how long they were open for and the person at the other end said until 5pm. I said "great, thank you". We love Pizza Hut Pizza. So I ordered 2 large pizzas and said we would pick them up at 4:30. We got there at 4:25pm went in and the manager said they were closed. I explained that we had called ahead and was told that they would be open and could pick up pizza at 4:30. She said she called us to cancel. I said I didn't get a call. She said she left a message. I said, "I don't know, I came from the hospital and have been driving here. She said "Sorry, we are closed. Our staff want to go home to our families". I said, "That is fine but they should have said that on the phone when I called because we made dinner plans for the family around getting pizza here". She said sorry, Merry Christmas and showed us out the door. She was incredibly rude as well. I went to my car and checked my phone and I did in fact get a message from an unknown number at 4:14pm canceling the order. That is after they said they were closed and after we had left to come pick up the pizza!! Unbelievable! Terrible customer service and I will never order from there again.
