I will NEVER shop here ever again. My sisters in law and I and my baby were being followed today 09/18 by an employee (who has been reported to their corporate office) for suspicion of theft, even though we made our purchases at the end of our visit. She was very obvious with her actions by being very close to us practically breathing down our necks. The most disturbing part is when after I made my purchase, I went to put the cart away as I always do when I shop, they were watching me the entire time and had the nerve to tell an employee to stand by the door and to get back up and yes this after I made my purchase. But they looked mighty foolish when I walked back over to the register to wait for my sister to finish her purchase and I believe that the cashier was purposely putting in the wrong number just to stall for "backup" even though she entered it correctly twice for the first two purchases. I started coming here simply because this store is one of very, very few that stays open until 11pm and I’m a bit of a night owl. Because of this, I always end up coming here about a half an hour or less before they close, yet I somehow manage to find enough to buy—of course that we “must have”—to overfill a shopping cart… (with a secret desire to go back and fill one more).

The staff is always very pleasant and that’s a relief because you know how it can be when you’re the last customer rolling up to the register with exactly 5,001 items three minutes before they lock the doors.

Also, I recommend this location over the one on Independence blvd because it’s much easier to navigate, has a much friendlier personnel and it is always very tidy and clean, all of which are a hit or miss at the Independence store. (I can’t speak for any other locations).

Will return, hopefully (for my bank account’s sake) not too...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to this location on November 30th to have a buzzer that was left on at another location a week prior , soon as I walked into the store I was rudely approached by a worker standing at the door insinuating that I had stolen merchandise in my bag , I am well aware that during this season retail stores experience theft at a high volume ;however , everybody shouldn’t have to experience being watched while shopping . I went on to shop in the store after proving my purchase and while shopping the same worker at the door asked for a security sweep on the aisles which made me very uncomfortable due to her previous behavior, the store was not crowded at the time probably about 5 people maximum which included the two workers and me .
