Five Below — Local services in Pismo Beach

I have been coming to Five Below at this location since they have opened. The quality of the customer service, has steadily declined. This past weekend "Father's Day" Five Below has lost a customer. I had in my hand one item, a self water dog bowl. Waited in line. 3 self service registers open with an employee helping a lady at one of the checkouts. The other 2 the customer was doing self checkout. A customer finished left and I went to the self checkout. The employee said I couldn't use it. I said no that is ok, I have one item and know how to checkout, and the shouted and said one minute, I HAVE TO HELP YOU. I put the item down and left. I love Five Below!! The best of all is employee Alexa. She was working store by herself because someone called in sick. Alexa was amazing, taking of everything with a smile and on the run. I felt bad that I needed a balloon filled with helium, she never wavered, kept the line moving and filled the balloon, and got me on my way as if I was only person in store. It's actually a pretty neat store. If u like dollar stores but have a little more to spend then this is the place for you. I found an awesome shirt and 10ft cord for my cell phone. No idea what's in the women's or children's depth but the pet and cleaning looked pretty well diversified too. I'd definitely check it out if your in the area and are into these kinds of stores.
