Gateway Center Garage — Local services in Pittsburgh

Totally disorganized, filling unsafely beyond capacity. Here for a large event. Garage was OVER packed. We literally circled 20 minutes through the garage to find a spot, people were just making their own spots at this point so we just made a spot. It was totally full, and they were still letting people in when we were finally walking out! Two clueless teenagers were literally running the front of the garage. I asked if they were keeping track of how many people they were letting in and they said no. Horrible management, whoever runs this garage should be held...

The pricing is a bit confusing. It is not a max price per 24 hours but per day…we parked at 4:00pm and left at noon the following day. Sign said that max price was $26, but we were charged $36. Still cheaper than the valet at our hotel, but still. Was also annoying that when we went to leave the entrance we walked to was blocked off and we had to walk around with our luggage. A sign leading up to it would have been nice, not sure why...
