This store will never receive my business again. Came in on a not at all busy Saturday evening. My wife and I were looking to purchase 2 new bicycles. I spoke with a cashier that we had picked out what we were looking for. She said she would reach out and send someone over to help. We waited for about 10 minutes and didn't see anyone so I want back to check the status. The same cashier said she had asked for someone to come but she didn't know how long it would be. I asked if she could make sure someone received the call for help. She asked again and said that he should be with us in "just a sec". We waited another 10 minutes with no help. I then went to the front customer service counter and asked if anyone knew what it took to purchase 2 of their bicycles or if they were for sale. The representative said he would ensure someone was coming to help. On the way back to the bicycle area I passed another representative who did come check on us when he finished helping another patron. He asked if we needed help and I told him we had been waiting for quite some time to purchase bikes. He said that we was actually just coming to follow up and that the right person would be down in just a couple minutes. We waited those couple of minutes and no one came. At this point my wife decided to go to the restroom (which is in the second floor at this location while the bicycles are on the first) I waited for her to return... Still no help. However, she did find a group of employees in a circle talking in the golf area of the store. While I am aware this could have been a necessary meeting it certainly seemed to be casual conversation. Regardless, the lack of communication and lack of customer service in general was beyond aggravating. Do yourself a favor and go to a local business, or Academy, or Facebook marketplace... Or Walmart. Heck I'm pretty sure stealing a bike and then being arrested for it would be less frustrating. Thank you for nothing but wasted time Dick's Sporting...

He doesn’t have any authority to ask for my phone number. I don’t want to check out with him. He followed me from the back to the front of the store. He made me feel I am insulted. This’s an affront to the customer. I need to check out with someone else. I don’t want to be around him. In the front, he called me to check out. I don’t need to check out with him. Peter Cullen is the worst human that Dick’s sporting good can represent. I like to shop with Dick’s sporting good. If Peter Cullen is still in charge there, I will not step in there.
The next day after I complained this to the Dick’s sporting good headquarter. The human resource apologized and punished Peter Cullen position assistance Store manager. I met Peter Cullen again for curse side pick-up. This guy harassed me from the Outside of the store. He has no authority to ask for my ID. I won’t give him my ID. Peter Cullen threatened me with the name of Dick’s sporting good president. I can’t use any reward or coupon at his store. Peter Cullen is worst that Dick’s sporting good can represent.
