32 Below Rolled Ice Cream — Restaurant in Plant City

Hello!! Hope you’re doing well. First I would love any business to succeed.. First time and was not impressed. We had a hard time locating where it was because no lights were on outside for the signage. We went around the plaza a few times went to baskin Robbin’s asked them if you were still open they said yes around the back plaza.. we found it and was excited to try! First impressions .. no lights on to know you’re even open… No greeting when walking in. Takes so long to make the dish. Had No idea till after you pay and they ask you for your toppings do you find out that the bobas are extra. This should had been known at time of ordering. Should had been displayed at register.. instead it just says three free toppings.

If the owner wants to increase sales .. your employees also have to be sales persons and teach them to ask your customers “would you like to add bobbas for a $1?

At the end wanted to buy a water but couldn’t sell me a water.

That’s all.. I wish nothing but the best but needed to let...

WARNING: DO NOT GET THE THAI TEA. My husband and I LOVE boba tea, especially the staple: thai tea. My husband grew up in Thailand, we have had probably at least a hundred different variations of thai tea together.

This was the first time we have gone somewhere and the thai tea tasted nothing like thai tea. I honestly think the person who made the drink mixed up the powder or something with cantaloupe powder. It tasted a LOT like cantaloupe. I called right after I went and told them they might want to check the ingredients their using, (be it actual thai tea or the powder) ... however; they just told me that that's the powder they use.

I cannot speak for their ice cream or anything else, but if you've never had thai tea, do not order it here for...

Family was wanting a cool treat on a hot day; we decided to stop by 32 bellow rolled ice cream. Upon arrival we were able to tell they were super busy as the establishment was full and people were still waiting for their orders. It was only 2 young ladies working and they were doing the best they could while being swamped with patrons. We were a party of 7 and were aware of the wait. Although we had a little wait for our tasty treats, I still left the establishment happy because the ladies were never rude or showed that they were overwhelmed.
