The lady who works there was nice at first, and it was my fault that I didn't ask how much a lobster clasp for my necklace would be. Instead of calling me to ask what kind I wanted, they just slapped on an 18 carat gold clasp that cost 150. I had a ring and a pearl and gold necklace evaluated, and she didn't even put it in writing and was annoyed when I asked her to write it down. She said she didn't have a pen 😂. And they didn't evaluate the pearls when I said what about the pearls, she says what about the pearls! Rude. Was nice before she took my money...

Just had my Diamond mounted in my ring setting. At first, I was spectacle of leaving it anywhere. George was nothing short of kind and trustworthy. I can see why my people rave about this place and I'm glad that my friend recommended that I go here. Plus they have a great selection of jewelry that fit various budgets. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a gift or if you need to repair your precious jewelry....
