I needed to get lug nuts for my jeep. Had to replace all twenty of them. I encountered Jay at the AF store. He was friendly and courteous. Helped me find the lug nuts. He said they only had 9 in-stock. He helped me find the other 11 at the Pleasant Grove Store. Went to the PG store. Talked with Laurel. And she helped me finalize this purchase. Very Friendly and courteous. But this is not the end. I took the lug-nuts and my car to my mechanic to have them replace these. It was found that I had purchased the wrong lugs. My fault. I went back to the AF store to make an exchange. Brandon helped me sort this out. But like before, they didn't have the total number of lugs I needed. But did call the PG store. Read moreI arrived to the store at 9: 30, no other customers were there at the time and no customer service Representatives we're visible. When another O'Reilly's service person arrived a gal with colored hair, pink or purple came out to help him while I stood there waiting. They went to the back, and didn't come back out in the meantime another customer came in the door and a gentleman came from the parts area and assisted him while I still stood there. After 10 minutes I left the store and went to AutoZone down the street. I was helped immediately, was in and out of the store within 3 minutes with my parts. Read moreI went in to grab an air filter on a Saturday morning and I had my son with me, who is autistic and very difficult to manage. I stood in line for 10 minutes holding my son, waiting for the guy to check out the person in front of me.
While he was checking the guy out, he answered the phone three separate times to assist the callers with their orders. He helped those customers from start to finish. By then two more customers had come in and we all were sharing looks as the guy answered the fourth phone call.
