Didn't visit the store. Called to inquire about acceptance of a vintage, mink jacket (not mine -- it belonged to my aunt, a waitress). The woman told me (in an exceptionally rude tone) that the store was accepting Spring clothing and they were not interested. When I attempted to explain that it was still Winter and Valentine's Day was approaching, she cut me off. So I hung up. Upon further examination of the acceptable clothing description, I realized it was the wrong store. Totally.

Addendum: I was told that, "No one buys fur anymore." I call your attention to the International Fur Federation website.

11/23. Finally visited this store. Personally, one would do better to visit Goodwill. I inquired about acceptance of two pairs of pumps (both designer shoes in excellent condition) and was told that the store only accepts "shoes that have not been worn". Immediately to my left on the shelves were numerous shoes in rather poor condition....

I could not get over how rude I was treated on the phone. All I wanted to know is if she specifically had black lace dresses. She started ranting about how I needed to come in the shop. How busy could she be? I am looking for a specific style of dress and have been searching everywhere. The shop is only open 10-5 and I don't live nearby. I work in the city of Pgh 3 days a week and live outside of Allegheny county. She was very nasty toward me. No wonder the other reviewer hung up on her. Guess she doesn't need the business! Mindy is a very rude business owner. I have brought many things into the shop and actually even opened an account for my cousin who is disabled. I wanted to go through her clothes and bring them in and I thought I would bring them the money to put toward her care. I brought two pairs of boots in and have inquired if they have sold several times.
