Waste of my time! I explained the situation with my phone as I purchased it from Best Buy, they looked up my info saw what phone I had. Scheduled my appointment, I came in early waited even longer. After waiting, I gave my name my info was seen in system, guy asked how he could help. He looked at my screen as it was cracked and said “ sorry I can’t help you, we only fix apple items at this location not Samsung, our phone reps make these type of mistakes all the time with scheduling for the wrong items”.....Never coming here again, will never recommend anyone I know to come here either, bad customer service!!! In store they geek squad guy was not only rude but he said it would $180 to just replace thermal paste...
