We believe we were grossly overcharged for a very small electrical job done at our home.
The guys were here less than a half hour, and the supplies they used cost at retail-a little over $100. They charged us $500. ($498 and change). This is the equivalent of $800 an hour.
A call to the company yeilded nothing. A promised call back from the owner of the company never occurred. We feel taken advantage of. Maybe because we are seniors?
Oh -and P.S. The work done left an outlet on the floor where we needed to push our new dishwasher back. It no longer fits. We have to have another electrician reposition the outlets-or purchase a smaller dishwasher. So we are STILL unable to use the dishwasher. Totally...

He arrived very quickly and replaced all the wiring, upgraded my electricity from 110 to 220, installed a whole house surge protector and had my power up and running by the end of the day. It was a mess, but he took care of it very quickly and did a great job. I also had them come back for some small jobs which they took care of easily and efficiently. Their communication is great. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for any needs...

Prices were reasonable and they actually recommended using someone else to help with a trench for outside wiring as they said they would charge far more than a landscaper! They responded quickly to my call; I didn't have to wait too long for them to do the work; and they were very professional and helpful.
