T.J. Maxx — Local services in Plymouth

I like TJ Maxx and Homegoods and l loved when they had a location in the shops at The Grove at exit 5 in Plymouth. Then they decided to move to The Cranberry Crescent plaza next to Market Basket. I wrote them an email to tell them not to close the store and to keep both open, as Plymouth can support more than one location. I recieved NO RESPONSE, even though l am a card holder. I guess they couldn't be bothered to respond because they could care less about one customer's opinion. So as a big FU to the people of Manomet and South Plymouth they left us a nice big empty storefront to add to suburban retail blight. Thanks but not everyone goes to Market Basket and wants to go that far out of their way, at least l don't. And everytime l'm getting gas a Bjs there's someone driving by the store looking in at an empty building likely surprised...

There prices are over the top even for items that are out of season. The store is always over packed with furniture overflowing and hidden under tables. Workers will throw their arms right in front of you while your looking at items when your shopping during the day because she's restocking and it's very rude and invasive. I never can find barely any size 9 boys or 10 boys shirts. Allt of the clothes have stains or look like they've already been worn with deodorant stains all around the arms part. This place has horrible service they are never professional and act like it's their money your spending while they ball up and toss your items in the bags. Just very rude and they need to learn better manners. Clean the place up put things on sale for once so you don't have piled high towered furniture it's just an accident...

This establishment has the rudest managers that I’ve ever seen. They yell at all of the employees for minuscule mistakes that anyone could make, they are rude to the customers and always kick them out, and they do not have respect towards anyone that enters the place. If I was the owner of that building, I would apologize to all customers and shut the place down out of respect and guilt for what my customers have had to deal with. If there were new and more respectful managers, maybe the place would be a lot better. They should most definitely be treating their employees better and giving them more respect because they are working during a darn pandemic. Hopefully the managers get fired and replaced soon because they do not know how to do anything but bully their youn...
