Dec 27 Old Navy Plymouth BOGO leggings $14.99 sencond pair ringing up at $11.47. When I pointed it out employee said that is what half off was.. I explained it was not even close. She did not ask for assistance from anyone. Told me there was nothing she could do. Then contiuned to tell me I was the only person to "complain" about the price being wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Lauren. She basically called me a liar and said none of her employees would do that. I discribed the employee to her told her the date and time I was there. It didnt really matter what I had to say as the manager could have cared less. I never post negitive reviews however I am so upset by the managers flip attitude and lack of respect or concern for her customers. I thought others should know. Asst manager, Allyson, is amazing! Find her to help you find the right jeans!! With all the different styles out there right now, I was feeling super overwhelmed. It’s awesome that there are choices for everyone, but it can leave you feeling snowed. I was about to leave defeated when Allyson came to the rescue. She really took her time and chose a variety of fits and washes for me to try based on what she thought would work and I found not one, but two fits that worked in various cute washes! Awful Black Friday experience. Will not ever come back to this store. Employees took your carts had people literally pushing eachother in the line and on top of you. Covid ses pool is what the my made this experience. Maybe there line would move faster if they stopped doing credit cards.
