I went to Plymouth, MA location on October 5th at around 5:15pm. Placed an order for a Cobb Salad with extra ranch lime dressing, A chic fil a nugget meal 8ct w/fries, and a kids nugget meal 5ct w/fries. I requested extra ketchup and sweet & spicy siracha sauce along with my extra dressing for the salad. When I received my food at I immediately noticed there was no ketchup and sweet & spicy siracha, I asked the person at the window if i can get the sauces at had ordered to go along with my food, with a slight attitude he gave me one ketchup and one sweet & spicy siracha, I asked for more as that is not enough for both meals and I asked for my salad dressing as well. He gave me more sauces and assured me that my salad dressing was in the bag I just could not see it cause it was at the bottom. When i got home there was no salad dressing or crispy dried tomatoes in my bag for my salad at all. I could not even enjoy my salad as I had to eat it dry. This is was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at chic-fil-a, from the customer service not being up to par and missing the key factors that make my food delicious. Please let your employees know that the sauces and salad are dressing are key factors of eating this food don't forget to put them in bags!!! Sincerely, A...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI don't review. But, my experience with this Chick-fil-A required a review. This morning I was driving by and decided to grab a bacon-egg-cheese biscuit. (In my opinion, Chick-fil-A has the best one.) When I arrived at the store, the store hours were painted on the glass in big letters. They opened at 7am. I waited and waited. Around 7:05am I approached the door. Two employees were busy working on setup. Despite seeing me neither approached the door. On the door, the hours state a 6:30 am opening. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back to the car and called the store's phone line. A male voice answered. I preceded to ask "When do you open? This sign says this and then there is time and then Google says this." He responded, "My manager won't allow me to put up the new hours." I then asked what his manager's name and number was. He retorted, "You figure it out. It is on the website." He then proceeded to hang up. (Needless to say, only the store phone number and the operator's name were actually on the website.) I understand the limits of staffing right now, but this is no way to treat customers. I won't be stopping again. If Chick-fil-A was based on Christian values, I couldn't see it. Not posting your hours properly is a problem in...

The Culture/Care Director reached out to me and fostered a wonderful conversation and made me feel as tho my concerns were heard and addressed. She offered me a redo of my meal experience.
Although she was not able to meet me in person, one of the location managers,Chris, was extremely helpful and professional and also made me feel as tho my past let downs would be corrected and prevented going forward.
Love Chik-Fil-A, but not this one.
Everytime I come here, there is an issue either with the fulfillment of the order as a whole or something small like giving me the wrong sauce or drink. Usually the issue is corrected on site, but today I did a drive thru order on the way home and I got home, about 20 minutes away, and I am unable to eat my salad due to the wrong type of chicken being used and dietary restrictions. It may be a first world issue, but when I pay 40 bucks for a fast food order consisting of 2 salads and a kids meal I atleast better be able to enjoy the salad.
Usually Chik-Fil-A is all about customer service and making the customer happy and going the extra mile, this Plymouth one is unfortunately just another...
