My husband bought me a over $3000.00 necklace unfortunately it wasnt what I wanted. So he have me the receipt and his credit card. I went in and picked something else and didnt look at the price. As I was checking out she said he bought it 32 days ago and we missed the 30 day return policy. I asked them to make an exception because he spends lots of money at this particular location. The assistant manager said no we cant do anything for you and gave me her bosses name. My husband ended up coming up to talk with them and again they couldn't do anything. The lady that originally helped him said she could make me a custom necklace and we agreed figuring we couldn't get some of the money back. So when we were done she swiped his credit card for almost another 300 in front of us which is illegal by the way. He was infuriated becasue it was suppose to be something of the same or less value. He took the original necklace and the general maangers card and we will be going back Monday. New Years day. I work in retail and exceptions can be made they just lost one of their best customers. All the woman in there are terrible and only want to make money not satisfy a great customer. Never going...

0 stars. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Took them 3 months and many frustrating visits to determine that they couldn’t repair my engagement ring (under their warranty) and would have to replace the entire setting. Very poor attention to detail and tremendously sloppy repair work. Replacement diamonds were ordered and actually set in place before we pointed out to them that they didn’t match the cut and color of the rest of the diamonds in the setting. They even reset the center diamond crooked with prongs unevenly spaced around the diamond. Customer service is seriously lacking in this store and was sometimes even insulting. Several times the store never called to notify us the ring was ready. Shocked that management was never pulled in nor did they ever step in to oversee or facilitate the situation. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Thankful the warranty covered it but couldn’t even imagine having to pay out of pocket for this disaster. Deplorable experience at Jared...

Sharon is fun. She is very knowledgeable. She is accommodating and patient. As we went down a path of recreating a customized ring she listened and understood and helped to create a ring that we are completely thrilled with. This project started with an original ring we bought and loved but needed to be remade out of a different metal due to an allergy. Not only was the ring recreated perfectly but it was also modified and improved adding two more gems all in a new setting. It gets compliments constantly! We would not have achieved success without Sharon and her careful attention to what we wanted and suggesting things along the way to make it even better than we originally targeted. The project even tested her skills on the 3D ring designer software and she also printed some sample rings out on the 3D printer. Couldn’t have asked for more!
